I have spent my life in "helping professions" and my 15 years in Real Estate as an Agent and Broker have proven to be no different!

I received my BA in Elementary Education from the University of Miami and my first career was teaching in a migrant program for children in rural areas near Miami, Florida.  Following a move to Houston, I spent many years as an Executive Assistant and Paralegal.  I moved to Austin and began my Real Estate career in 1981, became a Broker in 1983 and was consistently a Top Producer until my move to California in 1990. I returned to school and obtained a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and Consulting and was a trainer and consultant with Oracle and other Bay Area firms.

I've been back in Austin since early 2004 when my husband and I moved to Lakeway and I began my second career in Real Estate. I’ve since earned my Broker’s License (again) and opened my own Brokerage, Austin Curb Appeal Realty.  I love my job as much as I did the first time and don't plan any more changes!

I have a daughter who owns an Insurance Brokerage in California and a daughter who graduated from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at UT and now works for the City of Austin in the Budget Department.  I love tennis, traveling, reading and surfing the net!

A native Austinite…Kim graduated from the University of Texas in 1978 with a BS in Elementary Education.

After graduating Kim began her career in the real estate field in Property Management. She quickly climbed the ladder of success, first as Staff Development Coordinator, then Training Specialist and Property Supervisor for large regional apartment communities. Kim put together and managed large teams of on site personnel to provide quality and efficient management services.

Kim acquired both Real Estate Salesman and Brokers licenses in the 1980’s and has been in residential Sales/Leasing in the Lake Travis area since 1999.

Kim has continued her success while spending 10 years with Lake Travis Locating overseeing the largest inventory of residential properties in the Spicewood and Lake Travis markets.  She is now a member of the Austin Curb Appeal Realty Team.

Kim's reputation as a problem solver and communicator has allowed her to transition her excellence into representing buyers and sellers of real estate maximizing the value of each of those relationships.
